Redmi Pad 2 4G Launching in India on June 5: 11-Inch Display, Dolby Speakers, and Android 15

Redmi is all set to launch its latest tablet, the Redmi Pad 2 4G, in India on June 5, 2025. The device is expected to deliver a well-rounded multimedia and productivity experience, making it a solid option in the mid-range tablet segment.

The Redmi Pad 2 4G features an 11-inch 2.5K IPS LCD display with a 90Hz refresh rate and 600-nit peak brightness , promising sharp visuals and smooth scrolling. Under the hood, it’s powered by the MediaTek Helio G100 Ultra chipset, paired with up to 8GB of RAM, and has achieved an AnTuTu score of 400,000, indicating reliable performance for everyday tasks.

In terms of battery life, the tablet houses a 9,000mAh battery with 18W wired fast charging, ensuring extended usage with quick top-ups. For audio, it comes equipped with quad Dolby Atmos-certified speakers , offering an immersive sound experience ideal for streaming and gaming.

Camera specs include an 8MP rear sensor and a 5MP front camera, sufficient for video calls and casual photography. On the software front, the tablet runs on Android 15 with HyperOS, and brings features like Circle to Search, enhancing the overall user experience.

The Redmi Pad 2 4G will be available in India through Amazon, Flipkart, and Xiaomi’s official website. In Europe, pricing starts at €199 for the Wi-Fi-only model (4GB RAM + 128GB storage) and €299 for the 4G variant (8GB RAM + 256GB storage), translating to approximately Rs. 22,000 and Rs. 26,000 respectively.

Color options include Mint Green and Black/Grey, adding a touch of style to the device's practical appeal.
