Google might be ready to shake up its usual Pixel release schedule by unveiling the highly anticipated Pixel 10 series as early as late June or early July. The tech giant has started inviting select members of its Pixel Superfans club to a special event called the “Pixel Penthouse,” set to take place in London on June 27.

This 90-minute event promises exclusive hands-on access to pre-release Pixel 10 devices, direct Q&A sessions with Google employees, and a collection of Pixel-themed goodies. Only 25 superfans will be selected to attend, and they must first prove their Pixel knowledge by answering a quiz from Google. Winners will be announced on June 11.
In a clear strategic move, Google seems determined to beat Apple to the punch by launching its flagship smartphones ahead of the expected iPhone 17 series debut in September. The Pixel 9 series was already moved up by a month last year, and a June launch for the Pixel 10 could further close that gap — or even take the lead.
The Pixel 10 series is expected to boast impressive features
At the heart of the device lies the powerful Tensor G5 chip, a 3nm powerhouse crafted by TSMC that promises enhanced performance and efficiency.
With up to 16GB of RAM and multiple storage options, users can expect seamless multitasking and ample space for their apps, photos, and more.
The camera system is another highlight, featuring a triple-lens setup across all models that includes a 64MP main camera, 64MP ultra-wide lens, and periscope telephoto lens with up to 50x digital zoom.
In terms of design, the Pixel 10 series is likely to follow the footsteps of its predecessor, the Pixel 9 Pro, with a sleek horizontal camera bar that becomes a standard feature across the range.
The display is expected to be a stunning 6.3-inch OLED panel with a smooth 120Hz refresh rate and HDR support, perfect for watching videos, browsing, and gaming.
Powering it all is a robust 4700 mAh battery that supports fast charging and Qi wireless charging, ensuring users stay connected on the go.
Finally, the Pixel 10 series will come with Android 16 pre-installed, providing a seamless and intuitive user experience.
Early benchmarks have already shown the Tensor G5 being tested with Android 15, hinting at a well-oiled machine that's ready to deliver top-notch performance.
