CERT-In Warns of Multiple Vulnerabilities in Apple Products.

The Indian Computer Emergency Response Team (CERT-In) has issued a critical warning to Apple users, alerting them to multiple vulnerabilities in Apple's products and operating systems. These vulnerabilities affect iPhones, iPads, and Apple TVs, and could allow attackers to access sensitive information, execute arbitrary code, bypass security restrictions, cause denial of service, and perform spoofing attacks.



Apple iPhones, iPads, and televisions running software versions older than 17.6 are vulnerable to these attacks, putting users' personal data and device security at risk. To protect themselves, users must update their devices to the latest software patches immediately.


In April, Apple warned users in India and 91 other countries about a potential "mercenary spyware" attack, similar to Pegasus, which could compromise their devices remotely. Apple emphasized that such attacks are rare and highly sophisticated, but urged users to take precautions.
