Oppo Reno 12 series launch in July in India

  The lineup debuted in China a while ago and includes two models: the Reno 12 and Reno 12 Pro. As successors to the Reno 11 series from last year, the new Reno 12 phones bring in some notable improvements.

The upcoming Oppo Reno 12 and Reno 12 Pro sports a 6.7" 3D AMOLED display. The screen is said to offer 120Hz of refresh rate and 1200 nits  with Corning Gorilla Glass 7i coating.

Both the Oppo Reno smartphones are run in Android 14 operating system. Oppo Reno 12 is said to sport a 50MP main Sony LYT-600 (2-axis OIS)  with f/1.8 aperture, 8MP ultra wide angle camera and 2MP macro shooter. On the other hand, the Oppo Reno 12 Pro is pack 50MP main camera, 8MP ultra wide angle camera and a 50MP telephoto  (f/2.0), (JN5) 2X Optical, 20X Digital lens.

Oppo Reno 12 comes with a 32MP selfie camera, and the Reno 12 Pro is likely to house a 50MP front camera. Both the Reno 12 series smartphones are said to come with IP65 rating which will make them resistant to dust and water. The duo is also to be backed by a 5000 mAh battery with 80W fast charging support. Both have Al Eraser 2.0 with Al Studio,IR blaster,Bluetooth 5.4 and Wi-Fi 6.

The leak also revealed the colour options and price details of the Reno 12 series. The vanilla model is tipped to cost €457.83 (about Rs 41,200) for the 12+256GB model and the Reno 12 Pro will be priced at €549.40 (around Rs 49,325.77) price tag, probably for the same model. 

The regular Reno 12 is said to be available in Black Brown and Astro Silver colours while the Pro model might come in Nebula Silver and Nebula Black models.
